Originally from Yorkshire Mark began his recruitment career in the City of London, recruiting senior finance staff into investment banks for a market-leading consultancy. Following a move West he spent 9 years at the forefront of developments in online recruitment, shaping and delivering a wide range of intelligence-lead candidate attraction solutions to clients both large and small. His understanding of media performance & metrics and the 'candidate journey' is second to none. Together with his recruitment background this enables him to deliver first-class resourcing solutions to clients whatever their recruitment challenge.
Mark spearheads our Consultancy Services operations here at Artis. He provides clients with strategic insight into the recruitment market and specific help to enable them to develop and implement cutting-edge, robust and efficient in-house recruitment services... delivering real cost benefits, streamlining processes and improving the quality of recruitment decisions.
